Fixed Rate Billing
- We provide our clients with a fixed rate per project no matter how much time the project takes to complete.
- If the time spent on the project is less than estimated Marwaha Law Office will return a portion of the amount back to the client.
- Marwaha Law Office will never ask for a larger amount after the project is completed than what was quoted as the fixed rate
Monthly Legal Plan
- Many of our clients have the need for In-House Counsel but cannot afford the day-to-day salary of one.
- Our clients are experiencing growth at every level and require the necessary attention without the concern of bills for phone calls and emails.
- Marwaha Law Office provides our clients with the opportunity to have an “in-house counsel” without the high costs.
- We meet with our clients and discuss their monthly needs for legal counsel and determine a monthly fee that allows our clients to contact us with any question
or concern. Our goal is to help our clients grow without the burdens of unknown
legal fees. - Our clients know what their bill will be every month for our counsel and can budget for other more important aspects of their business.
Fixed Rate Billing under the Monthly Legal Plan
- Clients that are on our Monthly Legal Plan will receive discounts between 10-25% off of their fixed rates for projects.
